Jen Winter

Jen Winter, P.E. is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Vice President at Matrix Consulting Group since July 2021, where leadership is provided for the Public Works and Infrastructure Practice Area. Prior to this role, Jen Winter held the position of Public Works Director for the City of Cedar Rapids, managing a department with 200 employees and overseeing a substantial budget.
