Robin Allen, PE, is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in project management and engineering roles across various municipalities. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Matrix Design Group, Inc., since August 2022, Robin oversees City Roadway Projects, ensuring compliance with civil design standards, managing contractor selections, and coordinating with multiple agencies including the Colorado Department of Transportation and Federal Highways Administration. Prior experience includes serving as Engineer III for the City of Colorado Springs, Civil Engineer for the City of Tucson's Water Department, Sr. Civil Engineer for the Town of Chino Valley, and Engineer for the Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona. Robin holds a Master of Engineering degree from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Washington.
