Tal Izraeli Shalem

Tal Izraeli Shalem is a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and utilizing various strategies for talent attraction. Currently, Tal is with Matrix DnA since 2023, and previously worked at Applied Materials - Israel in the same role from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, Tal served as a Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines from 2019 to 2020. Tal holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resources from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University.
