Tama Smoler-Asenova

Tama Smoler-Asenova began their work experience in 2004 as a Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines. In 2007, they joined Matrix Eastern Europe as an HR and Operation Manager. In this role, they led the recruitment team in Eastern Europe, including Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Poland, and Ukraine. Tama held this position until February 2020 when they became the Global HR & Recruitment Manager at Matrix Eastern Europe. In October 2021, they were promoted to Head of Global HR & Recruitment at the company. Tama has a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM).
