Rebecca B. is an experienced professional in customer experience and eCommerce operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Matrix Education since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rebecca held leadership positions at Hotsprings, focusing on global eCommerce operations and customer experience, and at Pandora, where responsibilities included overseeing eCommerce operations for multiple regions with an emphasis on user journey and omnichannel strategies. Rebecca's career in customer service began at David Jones, progressing from Online Customer Service Senior Operative to National Operations Manager. In addition to professional experience, Rebecca completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cardiovascular Science and Medicine at the University of Sydney, where research focused on human cardiac stem cells as potential treatments for heart disease, complemented by an Honours degree in Pathology/Experimental Pathology.
