Victória Vitrio

Victória Vitrio has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being the People Director at Matrix Energia since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Avenue as a Partner and People Director from February 2022 to June 2023, and as a Partner and People Sr Manager from August 2021 to February 2022. Victória also held the position of People Sr Manager at Avenue from September 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Avenue, they worked as an HR Manager at Geru from May 2019 to September 2020, and as an HR Business Partner at Mercado Livre from April 2018 to May 2019. Victória began their career as an HR Consultant at Kimberly-Clark from October 2016 to March 2018 and as an HR Analyst from July 2013 to September 2016. Victória started their professional journey as an HR Intern at Kimberly-Clark from January 2012 to May 2013.

Victória Vitrio completed their education from 2010 to 2013 at Faculdade Casper Líbero, where they earned a degree in Relações Públicas with a focus on Gestão de Imagem.
