Erik Johnson has over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting recruitment sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Matrix Finance and Accounting since May 2014, Erik previously held the position of Principal at Seattle Executive Search, LLC from March 2011 to May 2014, where expertise in placing multidisciplinary talent across various organizational levels was developed. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting from January 2005 to July 2009, where Erik successfully managed the recruitment of finance and accounting professionals for a diverse clientele. Additionally, Erik worked as Vice President and Executive Recruiter at Petris & Johnson from February 1997 to December 2005, focusing on national executive searches in the Architectural and Engineering industry. Erik earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
