Cristal Claussen

Cristal Claussen has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Cristal'smost recent role was as the Head Start Program Director at Matrix Human Services, a position they held since May 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ambu A/S from May 2011 to April 2017.

Before Ambu A/S, Cristal served as the HR Director at Belden, where they were responsible for business partner activities and successfully implemented a comprehensive Health & Safety program.
