Saravanan Rathnachand

Saravanan Rathnachand has a solid work experience spanning over 17 years in various administrative and facilities management roles. Saravanan started their career at 24/7 Customer in 2003 as a Senior Executive Admin & Facilities, where they worked until 2004. Saravanan then joined Convergys as a Transport Officer from 2004 to 2006. After that, they worked at Aricent Group as a Senior Administrator from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they joined Firstsource Solutions Limited, where they held several managerial roles in administration from 2008 to 2015, including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. Currently, Saravanan is serving as the Head of Facilities at Matrix Partners India since 2015.

Saravanan Rathnachand completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Bcom) from Annamalai University between 1999 and 2004. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in Project Management & Other Tools for Career Development from the University of California through Coursera.
