Steve Higgs

Steve Higgs has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steve started their career as a Combat Engineer in the US Army, where they worked on various tasks such as bridge assembly and demolition operations. After leaving the military, they joined Allgreen Lawn Care as a Marketing Manager, overseeing a sales team and leading initiatives for regional expansion. Following this, they worked at Zacson Corporation as a Senior Customer Service Consultant, providing support for IBM products and designing customer satisfaction processes. Steve then joined Hewlett-Packard as an Enterprise Sales Representative, managing sales activities for Enterprise accounts and handling the end-to-end order processing for a global financial institution. Steve continued their career with Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Rep for Industry Standard Servers, achieving sales targets and being recognized for outstanding performance. Steve later worked at Core BTS in Customer Service and Sales Operations, and currently holds the position of Inside Sales Support at Matrix Integration.

Steve Higgs obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Steve also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Child Psychology during the same period at the same university. In January 2021, Steve also obtained a certification in HPE Sales Certified Edge-to-Cloud from Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
