Sigal was part of the founding team of Matrix. She is currently the company’s Chief of Staff, having acted as executive assistant to the company’s CEO between 2001 to 2019.
Part of Sigal’s responsibility is to ensure the ongoing progress of cross-organizational projects and maintain professional synergy between the company’s various business units.
Before she joined Matrix, Sigal spent four years at Liraz Systems, where she supported the work of the CEO, with a range of different duties.
Sigal holds a BA in humanities from Tel Aviv University and served as an operations officer in the IDF’s Judea and Samaria Division.
