Shannon Warren is a prominent entrepreneur with extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. As the founder and CEO of Matrix HR since December 2002, Shannon has successfully transformed the company from a small startup into a leading recruitment agency specializing in skilled trades across Canada and the US. In addition to this role, Shannon serves as President of both Matrix MSLP Limited Partnership and Matrix Kitimaat Joint Venture Limited Partnership, focusing on strategic partnerships and staffing solutions for diverse industries. Shannon also leads Gitga’at Matrix Workforce Services Ltd., addressing workforce needs in northwest British Columbia, and has established Payroll Funding by Matrix to provide advanced compliance solutions. As a partner in Labour Connect, Shannon contributes to revolutionizing the skilled trade hiring process in Canada. Prior experience includes serving as President and CEO of Warren's Contracting. Education was completed at Bonar Law Memorial from 1985 to 1992.
