Belinda Marcel

Belinda Marcel, MS, currently serves as Vice President of Member Experience & Clinical Operations at Matrix Medical Network, overseeing operational and clinical support initiatives including COVID-19 vaccine facilitation and risk adjustment for in-home lab testing. Prior to this role, Belinda held various leadership positions at Optum, where responsibilities included directing clinical strategies and managing in-home assessment programs aimed at enhancing patient health outcomes. Belinda's extensive experience also includes roles in wellness product development at Onlife Health®, client management in healthcare information, and health education with the Tennessee Department of Health. Belinda holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Science in Public and Community Health from Western Kentucky University.
