Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jennifer currently holds the position of VP, Talent & Organizational Learning at Matrix Medical Network since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TheKey as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Training from May 2022 to October 2023, and as the Human Resources Director from September 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining TheKey, Jennifer worked at AMN Healthcare, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Program Manager from August 2020 to September 2021, Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2019 to July 2020, Manager of Production Training from March 2019 to November 2019, Team Lead of Production Training from January 2018 to March 2019, Training Specialist III from July 2017 to January 2018, Training Specialist II from April 2017 to July 2017, Training Specialist of Business Solutions from October 2015 to April 2017, and Team Lead/Supervisor of Customer Support from July 2011 to December 2015.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Representative/Exhibit Manager at HAuNTcon National Tradeshow from January 2009 to February 2015, and as a Temporary Consultant/Acting Executive Associate at Alethea Capital Management, LLC from April 2011 to July 2011.

Jennifer started their career as the Food & Beverage Manager/Director of Sales & Events at Bear Brook Golf Club from April 2006 to April 2008, and later worked as the Beverage Manager/Bartender/Cabana Manager at Panther Valley Golf & Country Club from May 2001 to April 2006.

Jennifer Allen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Jennifer also has additional certifications in Influencing with Visuals, Crafting Strategic Visual Stories, Project Management Boot Camp, and Skills for Inclusive Conversations from various institutions.
