Lori Legrow

Lori Legrow has extensive experience in call center operations and leadership roles. Lori has held positions such as AVP of Care and Service Centers at CareCentrix since 2015, VP of Call Center Operations at Matrix Medical Network from 2014, Director of Operations at Ultimate Medical Academy from 2011, Campus President at Everest University from 2009, and VP of Call Center Operations at PODS, Inc. from 2004. Lori has also worked at Capital One as a Group Manager from 2000 and at Verizon as a Call Center Director from 1998. Throughout their career, they have successfully optimized call center operations, improved quality, managed budgets, and developed strategic plans.

Lori Legrow attended UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
