Steve Toronto has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Talent Operations at Matrix Medical Network, where they are responsible for various HR functions and serves as interim Head of HR. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Banner Health, where they led the HR team supporting the organization's primary growth division. Steve also has experience as an HR Director at Henkel, where they served on executive leadership teams and successfully managed HR deliverables during acquisitions and restructures. Steve Toronto, SPHR, MBA, MEd, completed their education at Lehigh University, where they earned an MBA/MEd degree in Business/Education Leadership from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained a BA in Latin American Studies with a minor in Business. In addition to their academic achievements, Steve Toronto also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2020.
