Michelle Cowan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Matrix NAC since December 2013, Michelle oversees HR operations for seven US and three Canadian locations, supporting over 650 employees across three business lines, including power delivery, power generation, and storage solutions. Prior to this role, Michelle held various HR management positions at Kvaerner from September 2010 to December 2013 and at Chelsea Building Products, Inc. from September 1994 to June 2010, where responsibilities included recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and health and welfare plans. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Mercyhurst University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
