Aliza Oz Pipman

Aliza Oz Pipman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aliza started their professional career in 1996 as a Web Graphics Designer at Tecnomatix and later worked as a Customer Support & Office Assistance at Imply Multimedia from 2001 to 2004. Aliza then joined TACT, where they held various roles such as Talent Management Specialist from 2004 to 2007, Recruitment Manager from 2007 to 2009, and HR Manager from 2008 to 2009. Aliza then moved to Matrix Global in 2009, where they worked as an HR & Senior recruiter specialist until 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Recruitment at Matrix Talpiot & Matrix R&D Services, where they bring their expertise in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.

Aliza Oz Pipman has a Diploma in HR from The Open University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. In 2011, they earned a Diploma in Management Training from HAMIL. Before that, from 1998 to 2000, they completed a Diploma in Computer Graphics at Universidad ORT Uruguay. Their high school education was from 1992 to 1994 at Amal A Ramla, where they studied Electronics.
