Lilach Meidan

Lilach Meidan has extensive work experience in various roles at Matrix and ManpowerGroup. At Matrix, they served as the VP of Customers & Strategy Development, where they led cross-division projects, evolved the sales strategy, and trained teams on advanced business and sales strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Director, where they hired, trained, and coached salespeople, identified new trends to increase market penetration, and created successful sales strategies. At Matrix, they also held the position of Department Manager, Professional Services at the Telecom division, where they were responsible for business development, managing customer needs, and ensuring long-term work relations. Lilach began their career at Matrix as an Account Manager at the Telecom Division. Before joining Matrix, Lilach Meidan worked in HR at ManpowerGroup.

Lilach Meidan attended Rupin College from 2003 to 2006, where they focused on psychology.
