Oren Adler

Oren Adler has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with roles in the IDF, where they served as the Head of Technology, Budget, Planning & Control and later as the Head of the Industrial Management unit. During their time in the IDF, they defined long-term strategies, managed multimillion IT projects, and analyzed business processes to improve efficiency.

In 2017, Adler joined Ness Technologies as an R&D Manager, where they successfully led the development function to profitability and oversaw the development and maintenance of 150 information systems for the government ecosystem.

Since 2018, Adler has been working at Matrix, initially as the Head of Technology & Digital Delivery Division and currently as the VP of Technology & Digital Delivery. The details of their current role are not provided.

Oren Adler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and HR Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their degree, Oren has obtained several certifications, including CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management from Tefen in 2015, Leadership for Upper Command training program from Command and Staff College (IDF) in 2013, ERP for managers from Ness Digital Engineering in 2012, Systems Analysis from johnbryce in 2008, and CIO from johnbryce in 2005.
