Yifat Givol

Yifat Givol is currently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Matrix since February 2007. Prior to their current role, Yifat worked as a Legal Counsel at Formula Vision Technologies (F.V.T.) Ltd. from January 2002 to January 2007, and at Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. from February 1998 to December 2006. Yifat obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on business & law from Reichman University between 1994 and 1998.
