David Skok

David Skok is a General Partner at Matrix Partners. David has also been a Board Member and Lead Investor at JBoss, an Investor and Board Member at AppIQ Inc., and Filenet, and the CEO of Watermark.

Skok began their career in 1990 as the CEO of Xionics. David then went on to found Watermark Software in 1992 and serve as its CEO until 1996. Skok then became the CEO of SolidWorks Corp., where they served until 2011. In January 1996, Skok co-founded SilverStream Software, where they served as Chairman and Founder until April 2001.

Skok has been with Matrix Partners since 2003.

David Skok studied computer science at the University of Sussex and Harrow School.
