Cynthia Chiang

Cynthia Chiang is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Logistics Controller at Matrix Polymers since November 2022, Cynthia plans logistics for both UK and international deliveries while addressing various logistics challenges. Additional roles include working as a Retail Cashier for Liverpool Football Club and serving as a Cargo Reservation Officer for Gulf Air, where expertise in cargo booking and freight software was leveraged. Earlier experience includes positions at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport as Ground Staff, UPS as a Senior Assistant, Phoenix Group Asia as Assistant Manager, and TNT as a Customer Service Representative. Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Jinwen University of Science and Technology.
