Tina Naulakha

Tina Naulakha currently serves as the Senior HR Head at Matrix Realty Advisors Pvt. Ltd. since December 2024, following a role as Human Resources Manager at Prop-Keys Consulting Pvt Ltd from February 2024 to December 2024. Previously, Tina held the position of Human Resources Executive at Viraaj Ventures from January 2023 to February 2024 and operated a handmade gift business at Craftina, successfully serving over 100 customers from 2018 to January 2024. Additionally, an internship as a Human Resources Intern at Opportunity Placement Services was completed in mid-2022, focusing on Talent Acquisition. Tina holds a Master of Business Administration in HR & Marketing from GLA University, a Master of Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra.
