Cindy Tindell

Cindy Tindell has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Cindy is currently the Managing Director, Head of U.S. at Matrix Renewables, where they lead the strategy and execution of the company's growth in the U.S. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at NextEra Energy, Inc. and NextEra Energy Resources, including Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Vice President of Transmission Development. Cindy also served as the Regional Vice President for Business Management and Operations, responsible for profitability and strategic planning. Cindy has also held positions at Credit Suisse, GE Capital, and the U.S. Department of State, where they worked as a Senior Economist and Congressional Affairs Manager. Cindy'swork experience demonstrates expertise in renewable energy, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and regulatory strategy.

Cindy Tindell has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Georgetown University. Cindy also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree from Columbia | SIPA and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School.
