Jason Rogers

Jason Rogers is a professional director and private equity specialist and sits on a number of Boards as Chair, Independent Director and Trustee.

He has a background in international finance and management and has worked for Ernst Young for six years (NZ, US, UK), Bankers Trust for a year (UK), large UK private equity house Pacific Investments PLC for four years (UK and Australia) and most recently a large New Zealand construction company.

He focuses on delivering commercial returns for owners and shareholders across a range of assets, sectors, trusts, and businesses. In his governance capacity, he is responsible for managing over $330 million in assets across a range of organizations.
