Eric Forst

Eric Forst has extensive experience in project management and estimating within the construction and engineering sectors. Starting as a Pipe Fitter and advancing to Piping Foreman at Brown & Root from December 1990 to March 1995, Eric transitioned to Matrix in March 1995, where the role evolved into Lead Estimator, Field Engineer, and Project Control Manager. Responsibilities at Matrix include managing project estimates, distributing cost reports, tracking materials, and scheduling projects. Eric played a significant role in supporting clients through various project stages, particularly focusing on refinery projects and turnarounds from 2001 to 2010. Additionally, Eric has completed courses in Timberline, Primavera (P3), and Project Management.
