William Mihelich

Sr. Director, Project Delivery at Matrix Service

William Mihelich has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. William began their career in 1989 at Brown & Root as a Field Engineer and eventually transitioned to the role of Project Controls Manager. During their time at Brown & Root, they handled multiple projects and was responsible for tasks such as estimating, cost control, quantity tracking, document control, scheduling, field engineering, survey group management, and capital planning.

In 1995, Mihelich joined VECO Engineering as a Project Controls Engineer for a year before moving on to Advanced Silicon Materials Inc. as a Capital Program Manager in 1996. William was responsible for managing capital programs during their tenure at Advanced Silicon Materials Inc.

Mihelich's most recent employment was with Matrix Service, where they held various roles over the years. William started as a Project Manager in 1999 and progressed to become a Division Manager in 2008. William continued to climb the corporate ladder and served as the General Manager for Project Services from 2014 to 2018. Subsequently, they held the positions of Director of Major Projects and Director of Project Management. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Project Delivery at Matrix Service.

Throughout their career, Mihelich has gained comprehensive expertise in project management, project controls, and capital program management.

William Mihelich completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies at Skagit Valley College from 1984 to 1987. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology at Western Washington University, which they completed from 1987 to 1989.
