Tom Goodwin

Tom Goodwin has over 25 years of experience in maintenance management, engineering, and production across various industries. Currently serving as the Division Maintenance and Facility Security Manager at Matrix Service Company since August 2011, Tom manages a capital budget exceeding $3,000,000 and oversees facility maintenance and security. Prior roles include Shift Manager at Zeledyne llc./Ford Glass, where guidance was provided to over 100 employees in production and maintenance, and Manufacturing and Engineering Manager at Dana Corporation Weatherhead Division, responsible for a significant portion of production and engineering. Tom also held positions as Plant Facility Engineer at FAG/Schaeffler Bearings, managing operations for a large facility, and as a Senior Industrial Engineer at American Airlines, where budgeting and efficiency improvements were key contributions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Management from The University of Alabama.
