Jim Lewis

Jim Lewis is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the SaaS sector, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at MatrixCare since March 2019. In this role, Jim manages the technology roadmap and oversees a successful SOC2 certification while developing site reliability metrics and leading product performance initiatives. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Engineering for Home Health and Hospice Systems at both MatrixCare and Brightree, enhancing engineering processes and expanding teams. Jim's earlier roles include building customer support teams and architecting billing systems at CareAnyware, and serving as a consultant for prominent companies. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from James Madison University.
