Albert Lai

Albert Lai is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and services. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Solution Architect at MATRIXX Software since March 2013, Albert specializes in providing innovative solutions for Communications Service Providers to address the growing demands of data services. Prior to this role, Albert held positions at HPES as an Architect, IBM Global Service Australia as an IT Specialist, and Portal Software as a Technical Consultant. Albert earned both a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Hong Kong.
