Jat Hayer

Jat Hayer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and IoT sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director, Client Executive for North America at MATRIXX Software since September 2020, Jat is responsible for managing customer relationships within the region. Previously held roles include Director of Pre-Sales at Ericsson and Director of IoT Solutions at Cisco Jasper, where Jat led strategic initiatives and technical oversight for key IoT accounts. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Comverse, where Jat managed global presales and solution architecture teams, and Telcordia Technologies, overseeing product lifecycles for wireless core networks. Jat's career began as a System Engineer at Nortel. Jat holds an MBA and M.Eng in Telecommunications from the University of Alberta, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
