Brian DeBord is an accomplished professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Investment Services Team Lead at Matson Money since May 2013. In this role, Brian coordinates high-volume back office operations for independent fee-based financial advisers, facilitates communication between advisers and third-party custodians, and manages account rebalancing in line with company investment policies. Prior to Matson Money, Brian worked as a Private Banking Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank from February 2009 to August 2012, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, enhancing relationship profitability, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Brian began the career as a Credit Analyst at US Bank Wealth Management from July 2006 to February 2009, providing analytical support for lending processes and assisting in credit structuring. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University, completed in 2012.
