Daiki Ideta has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Server at Matsuhisa since August 2016, where a commitment to excellent customer service in a high-pressure fine dining environment is demonstrated. In addition, Daiki has been the Lead Server at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant since August 2015, responsible for leading a team and ensuring top-notch customer experiences across various roles including serving, drink preparation, bussing, and hosting.
