Teresa Matsui

Teresa Matsui serves as the President and CEO of Matsui Nursery, Inc., a leading U.S. wholesale producer of potted orchids, since January 2014, overseeing a significant leadership transition. As an Independent Board Director and Audit Committee Chair at Pacific Valley Bank since January 2021, Teresa contributes to the strategic oversight of a community bank with over $500 million in assets. Additionally, Teresa is an Independent Trustee and Board Member at The James Irvine Foundation, supporting low-income workers, and has extensive prior experience as the CFO and Founder of The USA Group/USAssets, a real estate syndication firm. Teresa also held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as Interim Executive Director for Open Arms of Minnesota. Teresa holds an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
