Regina Izmayloff

Regina Izmayloff, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Mattapan Community Health Center since February 2020, Regina provides strategic financial leadership and ensures the credibility of the Finance team through accurate analysis of budgets and forecasts. Prior to this, Regina held the position of Director of Finance Operations at HouseWorks LLC, overseeing financial performance for a large home care agency, and served as CFO at Old Colony Elder Services, acting as a key partner to senior management on budget and long-term strategy. Regina's earlier career includes significant roles at Uphams Corner Health Center, Boston Private Bank, and Boston Financial Data Services, where responsibilities included financial operations management, analysis, and reconciliation. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from UMass Boston and an MBA in Finance from New England College of Business.
