Arjen Traas

Arjen Traas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in quality operations and product strategy within the consumer goods and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Mattel, Inc. since September 2016, Arjen leads Global Quality Operations for all of the company's owned manufacturing sites and oversees suppliers and vendors worldwide. Prior to this role, Arjen held the position of Vice President - Quality at Hayco Group, where responsibilities included product and operations quality management. Arjen also served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Gibson Innovations, focusing on innovation, development, and quality management. Earlier in Arjen's career, a significant tenure at Philips Consumer Lifestyle included various leadership roles in quality, product strategy, and management. Arjen holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed high school at RSG Petrus Hondius.
