Ed Duncan

Ed Duncan is a seasoned design executive with extensive experience in the toy and consumer products industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Design at Mattel, Inc. since January 2016, Ed has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Design and Lead of the Toy Box Division. Prior to Mattel, Ed was Vice President of Design at Tomy International and held multiple senior positions at Disney Consumer Products, focusing on international product development and toys. Ed also operated a design consultancy and served as Design Director at Hasbro and Fisher-Price. Ed Duncan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the College for Creative Studies.
