Rebecca Brand, MA, is an experienced packaging engineer currently serving as the Lead Packaging Engineer at Mattel, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Senior Production Manager at Jiun Ho Inc., where responsibilities included managing production activities and implementing operational systems. Experience at Packaging Corporation of America spanned nearly a decade, with roles as a Design Engineer, Intern Coordinator, and Project Manager, focused on project organization and intern mentorship. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, Rebecca gained international design experience through an internship in Genoa, Italy.
