Reena Flores

Reena Flores has extensive experience in supply chain management and corporate responsibility, currently serving as Director of Global Ops Support and North America EHS at Mattel, Inc. since May 2021. Prior roles at Mattel include Senior Manager for Supply Chain Sustainable Product Stewardship and Project Management, as well as Corporate Responsibility Project Manager, reflecting a strong focus on strategy and quality from 2008 to 2019. Earlier in her career at Mattel, Reena held positions as Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Reena's career began at IBM in marketing from 1989 to 1994. Reena holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of the Philippines.
