Manoj Kandpal

Manoj Kandpal has a strong background in operations, program management, and strategy. Manoj is currently working at Matter as a Senior Vice President, overseeing operations and program management. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Strategy and Program Management at Matter Energy. Before moving into the energy sector, Manoj worked at Ashok Leyland for several years, where they held the positions of Senior Manager of Program Management, Manager of Product Development, and Deputy Manager of Program Management and Operations. Manoj also gained experience at Tata Motors through a summer internship. In addition to their corporate roles, Manoj served as the Secretary of the Speaker Series Committee at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
