Saran Babu

Saran Babu has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as Co-Founder & Chief Design Officer at Matter in January 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to become Chief Design Officer at Matter Energy. Prior to that, Saran Babu co-founded From Around Here in June 2018. They also served as the Chief Design Officer at Ethereal Machines from November 2016 to May 2018. Saran Babu began their career as an Architectural Intern at Team Architrave in 2016 and Arya Architects in 2015.

Saran Babu attended RV College of Engineering where they pursued a Bachelor of Architecture in the field of Architecture. Their education history also includes Loyola School Thiruvananthapuram, where they completed the Indian School Certificate (ISC) in Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, Saran Babu obtained a certification as a Licensed Architect from the Council of Architecture - India.
