Courtney Pullen serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Matter Family Office since October 2021, leveraging over a decade of consultancy experience to enhance family culture and legacy offerings. As President of Pullen Consulting and Pullen Consulting Group LLC since 1992, Courtney provides strategic insights and coaching focused on family wealth counseling. Additional roles include Fellow at the Purposeful Planning Institute, member of faculty at The Legacy Companies, advisor at the Sudden Money Institute, and senior consultant at Conversant Solutions Inc. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
