MATTER
Melba N. Sales-Griffin has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Associate Operations Manager at MATTER since May 2016, with a progression in roles including Operations Manager, Operations Associate, and Service Delivery Coordinator. Prior to that, Melba worked as the Office Manager at The Starter League and contributed as a Social Science Researcher at the University of Chicago. Melba's earlier roles at Kalamazoo College involved leadership as a Senior Resident Assistant, where responsibilities included staff supervision, program organization, and community building, as well as roles such as Event Staff and Resident Assistant. Melba holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Kalamazoo College and also studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
