Robert Samuel has been working in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Robert started out as a customer service representative, making outbound calls to confirm patients' appointments and receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments. Robert then became a clinical assistant, working closely with nurses and medical assistants to help patients with refill requests, appointments, and symptom triage. In 2012, they transitioned into health information management, working as a technician for Austin Regional Clinic. In this role, they were responsible for data entry, patient registration, and insurance verification. Robert also provided excellent customer service to patients. In 2014, they joined Seton Healthcare Family as a customer service representative. In this role, they made outbound calls to confirm patients' appointments and received inbound calls to schedule appointments. Robert also scheduled physician-ordered tests for patients, such as nuclear stress tests, echocardiograms, venous dopplers, heart healthy CTs, holter monitors, and treadmill stress tests. Robert Samuel is currently an advisory board member at MATTER.

Robert Samuel has a licensed real estate agent, a bachelor's degree in business administration, certificates of completion in anatomy and physiology, and a technical diploma in commercial vehicle operator and instructor. Robert also has a high school diploma from Pflugerville High School.
