Yi-an Yang is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amah Health, specializing in blended learning methods to enhance patient care quality and time management skills. With a focus on patient-centered communication, Amah Health offers scalable training solutions for continuous improvement in healthcare. As a member of the Health Equity Innovation Accelerator at MATTER, Yi-an Yang contributes to initiatives aimed at improving the healthcare experience and promoting social justice. Additionally, Yi-an Yang serves as a Public Diplomacy and Seminar Interpreter for the U.S. Department of State, providing interpretation services in health policy arenas. Yi-an Yang also founded Syntrans to advance cross-cultural communication through Mandarin Chinese and English translation services, particularly in healthcare contexts.
