Abhishek Shukla

Abhishek Shukla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Abhishek started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Ashok Leyland, where they underwent training and worked on projects related to understanding customer buying factors and improving mileage in specific vehicle segments. Abhishek then progressed to roles such as Deputy Manager and Manager, where they gained experience in key account management, after-sales support, and project management.

In 2016, Abhishek joined VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. as an Area Service Manager, responsible for handling multiple dealerships and achieving growth in aftermarket revenue. Abhishek later moved up to the position of Head Field Support, leading a team of Regional Field Support Managers and implementing strategies to ensure optimal vehicle uptime and customer support.

More recently, Abhishek has held leadership positions at Matter Energy and Matter, including the roles of Vice President of Customer Success, Vice President of Marketing, and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Customer Success. These positions have given him extensive experience in strategy development, customer success, and marketing.

Abhishek Shukla completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi between 2004 and 2008. Abhishek completed their 12th ISC from Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre, Awadhpuri, Kanpur in 2003 and their 10th ICSE from the same institution in 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Introduction to Financial Accounting from Coursera and Introduction to Data and Data Science from 365 Data Science, both in 2020.
