Anthony Rose

Anthony Rose has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Anthony began their career in 2012 at Texas A&M University as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where they worked on Higgs and supersymmetry based analyses. In 2015, they joined Expedia, Inc. as a Data Scientist, developing ranking algorithms, conducting A/B testing, and developing classification and lookalike algorithms. In 2016, Anthony moved to Uber as a Data Science Manager and Senior Data Scientist. Anthony then joined SpaceX in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Data Scientist. Most recently, in 2022, Anthony became the Head of Engineering at Matter Labs.

Anthony Rose completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from the University of Surrey between 2004 and 2008. Anthony then completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Radiation Detection and Instrumentation from the University of Surrey in 2009. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Sussex in 2013.
