In 2003, Simon qualified as a solicitor in England, earning the Solicitor degree from the Law Society of England and Wales through the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT).

Most recently, in 2020, Simon attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, completing the Oxford Entrepreneurship: Venture Finance Programme and obtaining a certification. Additionally, they participated in the Entrepreneurship program (HBX) at Harvard Business School during the same year, but no degree or certification information was provided for this program.

Throughout their educational journey, Simon obtained various certifications related to their legal profession. In 1994, they obtained the Barrister and Solicitor certification from the New Zealand Law Society.
