Farzam Ghamgosar

Farzam Ghamgosar is the Head of Investments at Mattereum, overseeing investments, deal structuring, and corporate development since February 2023. As the Founder of Upsilon Capital, Farzam manages a proprietary fund that employs strategic approaches to diverse asset classes with varying risk profiles. Previous roles include Junior Lawyer at Luton Rising, Investment Partner at Rogues, and Associate at GSR, where Farzam focused on legal, M&A, and venture capital investments. Farzam's extensive legal background includes positions at DKLM LLP as a Legal Assistant and Legal Administrator, and as a Graduate at Amicus Wealth Ltd, advising high-net-worth clients in wealth and asset management. Additional experience includes serving as a Legal Advisor at the Legal Advice Centre and holding leadership roles in Alpha Kappa Psi. Farzam holds Bachelor of Laws degrees from The University of Edinburgh and The University of Manchester, and is currently pursuing a New York Bar qualification.
